Very good Liked: Great location. Good food and drinks in hotel restuarant.
Needs a really deep cleaning carpet. Liked: The breakfast is delicious, and the employees were very attentive. The hotel's location is in a good spot. Disliked: The room looked nothing like the photos. The carpet in my room was humid. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Upon entering, I found a large cockroach in the bathroom. One of the pillows had such an unpleasant odor, and it was obvious that it hadn't been washed. One of the bedspreads was slightly torn. The place needs a more thorough deep cleaning. I took photos and videos just in case. Besides, I didn't know they charge for Wi-Fi or at least the lady who helped me didn't explain it to me very well.
I was disappointed that my room wasn’t clean Liked: The breakfast and the staff in cafe were helpful. Disliked: The bed sheets were not clean. I had to ask for multiple sheet sets upon arrival because they had hair and debris on them. The bathroom floor had hair on it and in the tub.
